This week in Miami has actually been a little cold, and lets just say I have not missed an opportunity to wear my winter gear, as well as a chance to put on my new Celines! I am completely gaga over them, they are the absolute perfect boot, they are casual yet have a perfect heel to turn from day into night! This outfit was perfect for a cold day in Miami, fun simple yet chic. I adore the mix in colors, still makes a statement while sticking to my usual "basics". Anyway, I hope you Miami folk are enjoying this little cold front we have, and for those of you who actually have seasons, i envy you a little,but heres a cute little outfit choice for you as well!

So I saved this look for last because it was just my all time favorite. I adored everything about it, it was fun, bold,daring and did I mention CHANEL? There is nothing better than that! So over the weekend I did a super fun shoot with my love Francia and www.niftythriftylove.com

We shot 3 looks each, this was my first look. I decided to pair this adorable velvet jacket with a glitter top, and striped shorts for a fun combo. Usually I am all about basics, but I have been stepping out of that and I am loving print on print. It is just so daring, and bold and I am all about making fun fashion statements. This look is perfect for any occasion, and you can even make it more casual with a pair of flats. I can't wait to share with you my next looks!

Happy Sunday! While all of you are brunching I'm providing you with a little dose of fashion for the day. Since Miami weather is rather bipolar and decides to be warm sometimes, I felt that these overalls were a good combo of winter and warmth. The leather provides a wintery feel yet they are shorts thus they are Miami approved. I love overalls specially mostly because they make a statement and are just so easy to style. These would look great with just about any undershirt, I went with grey because lets be honest its one of my favorite basic colors. And I wore my prada loafers because I am currently obsessed but they could be paired with a pair of sneakers or even some heels! I hope you all are having a wonderful Sunday!

So yesterday was that one day in Miami that was actually cold. I hopped on that opportunity as soon as possible to wear layers. I chose all blue because guess what? It's trending this season! And I just love the color. Lately Ive been wearing bright colors on my lips, I feel like it just completes the outfit. And as you guys have probably noticed I just can't seem to take my Chloe booties off of my feet! they are just so comfortable! Anyway, this look is perfect to go grab a hot chocolate on a cold afternoon, or even for a casual work day. Hope you all are having a wonderful week, and for you Miamians enjoy this yummy weather!

I hope you all had an amazing new year and have already set out to accomplish many marvelous things for 2014! I for one am beyond excited for this year, I am hoping I can reach as many people as possible with my blog and make many new friends, as well as furthering my career. Anyway, enough about all that lets talk fashion. Miami seems to have paid attention to me and given me a little sweater weather, so I felt it was a perfect moment for this lovely Knitted Theory number to make a statement. Remember, even if it is winter don't be afraid to wear color. I added a vintage collared necklace to it, and paired it with some black pants and of course couldn't go without my Prada loafers, I am so into loafers and honestly anything with a pointed toe. This outfit was perfect for the weather, and perfect for my little coffee date with my long time friend Jessica. Hope you all have an amazing day!
